Antibodies Conjugated to Infrared Dyes

680 nm - 800 nm

Infrared Dyes and near-infrared (NIR) fluorescent imaging deliver enhanced sensitivoty due to low background autofluorescence in the near-infrared region which results in higher signal to noise ratios. Rockland offers a variety of infrared and near-infrared labeled antibodies, including DyLight primary and secondary antibodies as well as NIR antibody conjugates of ATTO dyes.

 

 

 

Antibodies Conjugated to Fluorescent Dyes

400 nm - 680 nm

Fluorescent antibodies can be used to analyze the distribution of proteins, glycoproteins and other antigen targets including small biological and non-biological molecules. Rockland conjugates a broad group of secondary antibodies to many of the classic fluorescent markers including fluorescein, Texas Red, and Phycoerythrin. All of the fluorescent conjugated antibodies are ideal for various immunoflourescense based assays including fluorescent western blotting, immunofluorescence microscopy, FLISA, and more.

 

 

 

Antibodies Conjugated to Chemiluminiscent Reporters

Peroxidase, Alkaline, Phosphatase, Biotin

Reporter enzymes are used extensively in molecular biology to detect immune complexes. Alkaline phosphatase conjugated antibodies are used, most typically as the reporter in chromogenic western blot assay format. Rockland provides extremely sensitive chemiluminescent HRP substrates which are nonradioactive and provide enhanced luminol-based chemiluminescent for the detection of horseradish peroxidase (HRP) in western blotting and enzyme immunoassay (EIA) use.
