Target Details

Mouse
Native Protein
Anti-Mouse IgG whole molecule was produced by repeated immunization with Mouse IgG whole molecule in donkey.
Mouse IgG (H&L) Antibody Peroxidase Conjugated was prepared from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography using Mouse IgG coupled to agarose beads followed by solid phase adsorption(s) to remove any unwanted reactivities.   Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Peroxidase, anti-Donkey Serum, Mouse IgG and Mouse Serum.  No reaction was observed against Bovine, Chicken, Goat, Guinea Pig, Hamster, Horse, Human, Rabbit, Rat and Sheep Serum Proteins.

Application Details

ELISA, WB
Anti-Mouse IgG Peroxidase Conjugated Antibody has been tested by ELISA and western blot and is suitable for immunoblotting (western or dot blot), ELISA, immunoelectron microscopy and immunohistochemistry as well as other peroxidase antibody-based enzymatic assays requiring lot-to-lot consistency.
